NHPC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 07th November, 2024 to inter-alia consider unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2024. Further, in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of Company by designated persons was closed from Tuesday, 01st October, 2024 and will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e. upto Saturday, 09th November, 2024 (both days inclusive).
