In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, it is to inform that NHPC Limited has raised 2489 Crore on 27.01.2025 through Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative and Taxable 7.20% AE Series Bonds 2035 on private placement basis. The details in respect of issue is given in the attached letter.
