This is to inform you that Related Party Transactions disclosure as required under Regulation 23 (9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to our company. Further, we would like to clarify that Scarnose International Limited ('Company') is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 as Corporate Governance provisions shall not apply to listed entities having Paid up Equity share capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores, as on last day of previous financial year. Since, our Company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) or SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the Company is also exempted from submitting the Related Party Transactions disclosure for the half year ended on 30th September, 2022 to the Stock Exchange.
