Abhushan Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2024' ('ESOP 2024') for grant of Employee Stock Options to Eligible Employees of the Company, subject to shareholders' approval. 2. To consider and discuss any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company In this connection, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Insiders covered under Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities shall remain closed from Saturday, November 16, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Outcome of Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
