We hereby submit the Scrutinizer Report and Voting result in respect of Special Businesses proposed through Notice of Potal Ballot dated November 20, 2024. As per Scrutinizer Report, the Special Businesses proposed by the Board have been approved by the Shahoreholders of the Company.
