The Company informed the stock exchanges that Ms. Francette Patricia Atkinson (DIN: 10388863) has submitted her resignation dated 23rd June, 2025 to Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional of the Company, vide her email dated the 23rd June, 2025. The aforesaid resignation has not been accepted by the Resolution Professional.
