This is to inform you that in terms of provisions of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 and in compliance with the terms of code of Conduct framed thereunder, the Trading Windows for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for its promoters, directors, other designated employees/persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till the end of 48 (forty Eight) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.
