Acceptance of Resignation of Mr. V Padmanabha Sarma from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from the closing business hours of 21st June 2024. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-l/P/CIR/2C)23/123 dated July 13, 2023 to the said Regulations and in compliance with Regulation 6 of LODR, Mr. N. Umashankar, Chief Financial Officer of the holding Company Mercantile Ventures Limited is being appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company under Section 203(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 22nd June 2024.
