Further, in pursuant to Code of Conduct for prevention of lnsider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to be closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees and connected persons and their immediate relatives till 16th August, 2023 i.e. 48 hours from the Financial Results made public.
