The Board of Directors have considered and approved the partial modification of remuneration payable to Managing Director and Joint Managing Director w.e.f. 31.8.2025 till their remaining period of their tenure of office i.e., 30.8.2027 as recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
