Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 9 of SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2019 the trading window closed to all designated personnels of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2025 to till 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
