The Board of Directors at their meeting held today (i.e.,14.08.2025) has coopted Smt.Priya Bhansali (DIN:00195848) as Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director, with effect from 3rd September,2025. 2.Recommendation of appointment of Independent Director. The Board of Directors have recommended the appointment of Smt.Priya Bhansali (DIN:00195848) as independent Director of the Company for a term of consecutive five years from w.e.f 03.09.2025 and upto the date of completion of 5 years or the date of the 120th AGM, whichever is earlier, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on 12.09.2025.
