Considered and approved the revised Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and revised Code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information ('UPSI'). 2. Considered and approved the Appointment Mr. Deepak Garg, Managing Director of the Company, as Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) for dissemination of information and disclosure of UPSI for the purpose of Code for Fair Disclosure of UPSI.
