No: NSE/ENF /DEL/ APPL/2021-22/299 dated September 20, 2021 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) read with Circular No NSE/CML/49655 dated September 20, 2021 received by the Company from NSE, the Delisting of equity shares of the company has been approved pursuant to resolution Plan approved by NCLT under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and the Company shall stand delist from the Exchanges w.e.f. September 27, 2021.
