Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 22nd July, 2021 to Wednesday, 28th July, 2021 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ Re. 1 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each and Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 28th July, 2021.
