In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025.
