This is further to our letter dated February 11,2022 submitting the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 10,2022 to the members seeking their approval on the items mentioned in the said Notice. In this regard, please note that Mr. Mohan Ram Goenka, Practicing Company Secretary, who was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the aforesaid Postal Ballot process has submitted his Report on Monday, 14th March,2022. Based on the Scrutinizer's Report, we wish to inform you that the Special Resolution(s) stated in the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 10, 2022 have been duly approved by the members of the Company with requisite majority, and shall be deemed to have been passed on March 13, 2022, being the last date of remote e-voting.
