The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 30th May, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Jain- Executive Chairman, Mr. Mohit Jain- Executive Vice Chairman and Mr. Kamal Mitra, Whole Time Director for a further period of 3 years.
