We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has inter-alia: (i) approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, as recommended by the Audit Committee and; (ii) recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:26 p.m. and concluded at 5:35 p.m.
