Further, in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' the Company has already informed vide its letter dated 30th June, 2025 about the closure of trading window for purchase/sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives [including such other persons covered under the Code read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015], which has commenced from 1st July, 2025 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025
