This has reference to subject above, we would like to inform you the company is unable to submit the Audited Financial Result for quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 within 30th May 2022, since the statutory auditor of the Company has resigned and the Company is in the process of appointing new statutory auditor of the Company to fill causal vacancy. In terms of SEBI circular referred herein above, we would further inform you that there will be delayed in submission of financial results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 due to reason as mentioned above.
