This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Amendment Regulations, 2018 , the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all its designated persons & their immediate relatives will remain closed from 3rd September 2024 & will open 48 hours after conclusion of Board meeting to be held on 6th September 2024 for considering the proposal to issue Equity Shares on Right Basis to existing shareholders of the Company.
