Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, in reference to the intimation dated 5th August, 2024 and 7th October, 2024, we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% legal and beneficial interest of the total securities of Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Private Limited and has subscribed to 24,00,00,000 OCDs of Sunbeam for a consideration of Rs. 240,00,00,000 in accordance with the terms of SSPA, which will be completed on 10th October, 2024.
