In terms of the provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in the terms of Company''s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close for all Designated Persons and their immediate relative, for the period from Tuesday, October 1, 2024 till the end 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. The Board Meeting for the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
