Swaraj Shares and Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Pre-Offer Advertisement and Corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement and the Letter of Offer under Regulation 18(7) in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, to the public shareholders of Rishab Special Yarns Ltd ("Target Company").
