Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018) read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
