It is informed that pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by the Designated Persons, Connected persons and their relatives will remain closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to till the conclusion of the 48 hours (Both days inclusive) after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) to the Public and BSE for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2025. Accordingly, all the designated persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. Further, the date of the Board meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course of time.
