In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you, that pursuant to the finalization of the Basis of allotment in the Issue as Approved by BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange for the Issue on 06.10.2025, the Committee at its meeting held on October 06, 2025 has considered and approved the allotment of 9,61,00,000 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs. 4.16 per Rights Equity Share ('Issue Price') to the eligible allottees in the Issue.
