Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice along with the Explanatory Statement dated 03rd April, 2023, seeking approval of members for shifting of registered office of the Company from DSC-260, South Court, DLF Saket, New Delhi-110017 to the Begampur Khatola, Khandsa, Near Krishna Maruti Gurgaon, Haryana-122001, as set out in the Notice, by way of special resolution to be passed through the remote e-voting. Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners and whose e-mail id is registered with the Company/Depositories, as on Friday, 31st March, 2023 ('Cut-off Date'). The Company has engaged the services of CDSL for providing remote e-voting facility to its members. The e-voting period commences from 09:00 a.m. (IST) on Sunday, 09th April, 2023 and ends at 05:00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, 08th May 2023.
