Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that with the prior approval of Audit Committee the Company has entered into share purchase agreement, to make a strategic investment in Damask Jewellers Private Limited by acquiring / subscribing 51.00% of the total paid-up share capital in the form of Equity Shares of the Company namely Damask Jewellers Private Limited (Target Company) in the meeting held today i.e. on 11th October, 2024.
