In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that Mr. Chandan Kumar Bhardwaj, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company vide resignation letter dated July 28th, 2025 has tendered his resignation from the position of CEO, with effect from close hours of August 31st, 2025.
