Panabyte Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In connection with our earlier intimation dated 23rd January 2025 in respect of outcome of Board Meeting held on 23rd January 2025 pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that the another meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 5th February, 2025, inter alia, to re-consider, evaluate and if deem fit to approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of securities / warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company through permissible modes including preferential allotment, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, subject to requisite approvals including shareholders and statutory approvals since the earlier proposal approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 23rd January 2025 was not materialised.
