Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015("the Regulations") the trading Window for trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2025 till Forty-Eight(48) hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financials Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
