Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the shares of the Company which was closed from 1st October, 2025 (intimated vide communication dated 24th September, 2025) shall remain closed till 15th November, 2025
