Chartered Accountant (FRN: 142902W). 2. Declaration pursuant to regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I. 3. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Ms. Harshaben Tolaram Bhagwani as the Internal Auditors of the Company for financial year 2026-27.
