Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed Monday, 23rd September, 2024 as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of e-voting of the company and Register of Members will remain close from Tuesday, 24th September, 2024 to Monday, 30th September, 2024, both days inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM of the members of the company scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th September, 2024.
