This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Specified Persons of the Company from April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2020.
