Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (Court-I) , Chandigarh vide its order dated June 11, 2025 has initiated the Liquidation process of M/s Richa Industries Limited under section 33 of the Insolvency & bankruptcy Code ,2016. Mr. Mohit Chawla , having IP Registration No- IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00524/2017-2018/10949 has been appointed as liquidator of the Company.
