Comments of Board of Directors of the Company with respect to fines imposed by BSE Ltd. on the Company on account of its non compliance with regulation 17(1), 17(2A), 18(1), 19(1)/19(2), 20(2A) of the Listing Regulations for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2024. However, the said non compliance had occurred for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
