In the accordance with the COmpany''s Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading (the code) read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (amendment) Regulations, 2018. the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by Directors, promoters, designated Employees and specified connected Persons as defined in the code shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday the 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Un audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
