the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company was closed from 2nd February 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the third quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2020, for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed till Monday, February 15, 2021 and reopen on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
