Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mrs. Puja Tebriwal, vide her letter dated December 6, 2024, has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Minolta Finance Limited, w.e.f December 6, 2024. The Company noted her communication and appreciates the services rendered, during her tenure, according she is released from the services of the company with immediate effect. The resignation letter with reason as indicated is enclosed along with the details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herein.
