Approval of Notice for calling 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 02.30 P.M through video conferencing (VC)/other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2023. 2. Approval of Annual Report for the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023. 3. Appointment of Mr. Suhas Bhattbhatt, Practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for Remote Evoting and Voting during the AGM. 4. The dates of closure of Share Transfer Book and Register of Members from Friday, 22nd day of September, 2023 to Thursday, 28th day of September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held Thursday, 28th day of September, 2023.
