Gravity India Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 along with the Auditors Report thereon and any other matter with permission of chair. The Board Meeting was earlier scheduled on May 05, 2026. However due to unavoidable circumstances, the same has been re-scheduled on May 11, 2026.
