RIBA TEXTILES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31st 2022. Further, as already informed vide our letter dated 31.03.2022, that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, including all amendments thereof, and the Insider Trading code of the company the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed for Directors Key Managerial Personnel and other Designated Persons w.e.f 01.04.2022 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial statements of the company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31st 2022.
