This is to inform you that Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-II, ("NCLT"), has admitted an application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("Code"), thereby initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP"), against the Company ("Corporate Debtor"). A Copy of the admission order is attached for ready reference. Pursuant to said Order, Mr. Mayur Rajendralal Popat, having IP Registration No. IBBI /IPA-001/ IP-P-01918/2020-21/13046, have been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP").
