This is in continuation with decisions of the Right issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company dated June 26, 2023, intimating record date issue price, issue schedule and other related matters for the proposed rights issue ('Rights Issue''). In relation to the Rights Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on today that is June 30, 2023, has approved Letter of Offer and Abridged Letter of Offer to be filed with BSE Limited and the Securities and Exchange Board of India and to be dispatched to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company as on Record Date along with rights entitlement letter.
