Intimation of closure of trading window in terms of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015-the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall be closed with effect from 1st July 2025 for the designated persons & their immediate relatives till forty eight hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.
