Ace Software Exports Limited has completed acquisition of 2,58,000 equity shares, representing 49.62% of the fully diluted equity share capital of QeLearn Private Limited (Formerly Theia Education Private Limited). As a result QeLearn Private Limited has become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
