Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board has appointed Ms. Meeti Sheth, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having membership number A59702, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from June 16, 2023. The Brief profile of Ms. Meeti Sheth as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is given below in Annexure I.
